I am an ultracyclist who in June of 2012 completed the ultimate challenge in the sport, Race Across America (RAAM). RAAM is a 3000+ mile race from Oceanside, CA to Anapolis, MD. To get to the starting line and to finish this race within the 13 day cutoff required deep dedication, determination, fortitude, and courage, an amazing support crew, and a great group of sponsors.

I am currently plotting a return to RAAM for June of 2014, with the intent of improving on my results from 2012. I've learned a lot about my physical and mental limits during and after RAAM and am looking forward to potentially challenging the course again. I am now working with a coach with the goal of getting faster and more efficient on the bike. Hopefully, this will lead to a successful race next year!
